The Luxe Comfort Footrest is an adjustable and gliding footrest.  It is made of ABS with a non-skid rubber platform. We recommend footrests often when we consult with clients, and not just for those of us who are vertically challenged.  A footrest can help give you leverage to sit back in your chair, thus getting the full advantage of the lumbar support that the chair offers.  This is critical for those with lower back pain.  Rocking footrests can also help with circulation, allowing the ankles to pump blood and other fluids back up the legs.  Lastly, footrests can help when using a standing desk, allowing the user to shift weight from one leg to the other, relieving stress on the back.
