Warranty Information
Limited Warranty
Evoluent branded products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of time from the date of purchase. The periods depend on the product and are listed below. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable, except where prohibited by local law. In case the purchaser is unable to provide proof of purchase date, the warranty period is calculated from the manufacture date.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, chemicals, or any usage not in accordance with product instructions. Wet hand sanitizers and chemical cleaners may cause the paint to wrinkle.Such damage is not covered under warranty.
Users may return products for warranty support according to the warranty return instructions. Evoluent may repair or replace the product with a new, refurbished, or used product at least equivalent in cosmetic condition to the returned product. If the model is no longer available, a similar model may be provided. The replacement is provided with any remaining warranty of the original purchase and is not covered by a renewed warranty.
Evoluent shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of its products or from defects in its products.
