Sharing Our Expertise With You
We can be part of your team, working with your project manager, design firm and general contractor to furnish and carpet your space. As a team member, our services include CAD drawings with to-scale furniture symbols, product recommendations and specifications, project coordination and installation. We have both Union and non-union labor for all of our trades. Since furniture dictates power and data feeds, we'll collaborate with your interior architect, electrician and cabling contractor.
Many of our clients don't have a team in place and want us to serve as their primary point of contact and responsibility. With our in-house talent and network of subcontractors and associates, we will work with you to understand and interpret your goals, enlist the professions and trades needed and bring your project to fruition. In this case, our services may include field measurements, creation of CAD drawings, space planning, interior design, interior architecture, art programs, electrical and data contracting, interior construction, flooring installation, furniture installation and moving services.

While most of our work is in the Chicago metropolitan area, we work efficiently around the country. Local clients have us do projects in satellite locations across the United States, and clients in other cities bring us in as well.
